The Oasis is set in a stunning, isolated,140ha wilderness of colourful Fynbos biome, a stone’s throw from the Kleinriver lagoon with panoramic views of the Lagoon and the majestic Kleinriver Mountains.
The ultra-contemporary stylish villa is adorned with thoughtful touches, tasteful African-sourced artefacts and artwork. An infinity pool and a large deck overlooking the Lagoon and its birdlife, provides a luxurious haven in the heart of nature. The only dwellings in view are those on the opposite side of the Lagoon.
The House is owned by the philanthropically-focussed Perivoli Trust which dedicates its efforts to conserve natural habitats and to improving the quality of education particularly of nursery school-aged children in sub- Sahara Africa. All profits of the House go to these causes.
