This luxurious villa offers a main house with five en suite bedrooms as well as a one bedroom apartment downstairs, which can be rented at an additional cost. The large home boasts a 12 meter heated lap swimming pool with a fantastic view. There is a large deck for entertaining or to soak up the sun. The architecture is impressive and the décor modern and stylish.
The house is solar powered and therefore not affected by standard loadshedding.
ARG Villa is situated a very short stroll (two blocks) from the main Camps Bay beach, with a host of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. There are two grocery stores. Also walking distance from the villa is tennis and squash courts, yoga, Pilates, bicycle hire, a theatre and a selection of spas offering relaxing spa treatments. Table Mountain and Lion’s Head are both close by for an energetic hike.
